What to Include in Your Message
The better the brief, the better the reply. You do not need to have everything perfect, but include what you know.
- Who you are: model, parent, brand owner, agency, creator, stylist or marketing team.
- What you need: portfolio, agency digitals, fashion campaign, swimwear shoot, ecommerce, content, coaching or something else.
- Your goal: applying to agencies, launching a product, updating a portfolio, creating content, refreshing a brand or building confidence.
- Location preference: Brisbane studio, Brisbane location, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Mooloolaba or another location.
- Timing: ideal shoot date, launch deadline or when you need final images.
- For brands: website or Instagram, number of products or looks, usage needs, models required and whether you need stills, video or both.
- For models: age, experience level, agency goals, current portfolio link if you have one, and whether a parent will be involved for under-18s.
The Process

- I review your request. I’ll look at the brief and work out the most sensible package or next step.
- You get a reply. I’ll send availability, package direction, questions if needed, and what happens next.
- We confirm the shoot. Once the details are clear, we lock in the booking and plan the session properly.
Simple rule: professional shoots work better when everyone knows the plan before the day starts. That means what we are shooting, where it is happening, who is involved, what you receive and how the images may be used.
Clear Details Before We Shoot
Before any shoot is confirmed, I’ll make sure the important details are clear: what we are shooting, where it is happening, who is involved, what you will receive, and how the images may be used.
There are no vague arrangements or last-minute surprises. For younger models, a parent or guardian must know the details and is welcome to attend. Boundaries are respected throughout the process, and you can say no to any outfit, pose, concept or image use at any time.
For under-18 models: parent or guardian involvement is required. Shoots are planned clearly, outfit changes are private, posing direction is verbal, and safety is not treated like a footnote.
